Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Nancy Stowik as your transformation coach. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding appointment cancellations.

 

Appointment Cancellation

 

  • Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on a waiting list.

  • Contact Information: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our scheduling department at [scheduling-email] or [scheduling-phone] during our business hours.

 

 

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

 

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be considered late cancellations.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice, it will be considered a “no-show."

 

 

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

 

Late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our scheduling and the ability to accommodate other clients. Therefore, the following policies apply:

 

  • Late Cancellation: Clients who provide less than 24 hours' notice for cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-Show: Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee.

 

 

Cancellation Fee

 

The cancellation fee is R550, and the no-show fee is R550. These fees are intended to cover administrative costs and compensate for the missed appointment slot.

 

Exceptions

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you believe that your situation justifies an exception to this policy, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

 

Refunds

 

Cancellation fees and no-show fees are non-refundable. If you have pre-paid for a coaching session and need to cancel, the fees may be deducted from any pre-paid balance.

 

Rescheduling

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.
